On Monday, December 1, 2014, Skyline Retail REIT purchased a 6-property portfolio comprised of Goodlife Fitness Centers across Ontario. In doing so, it entered six new Ontario communities, many of which are already home to Skyline Apartment REIT and Skyline Commercial REIT properties.
The total purchase price for the portfolio was $28 million, and the portfolio boasts 151,332 square feet of commercial space.
