Skyline Retail REIT Purchases 6-Property Portfolio in QC

On Friday, November 17th, 2017, the Skyline Retail REIT purchased a six-property portfolio in the province of Quebec. The portfolio was purchased for $38.8M and comprises 129,137 square feet of retail space, with Sobeys (IGA and Ultramar Gas), Tim Hortons, and McDonalds as anchor tenants. In acquiring the portfolio, the Retail REIT has moved into an additional five communities in Quebec. The properties purchased are as follows:
