On Wednesday, February 3rd, 2016, the Skyline Retail REIT acquired two new properties in two new Ontario communities.

315 Arthur Street South, Elmira, ON was purchased for $10.9M and has 51,472 square feet of commercial space. Its tenants include Foodland, Harveys/Swiss Chalet, Pita Pit, Pet Valu and Dollarama.

71 Main Street South, Bayfield, ON was purchased for $5.5M and has 20,008 square feet of commercial space, with Foodland and LCBO as anchor tenants.
