Skyline Commercial REIT Completes Sale of Two Ottawa Area Office Buildings

In late August, Skyline Commercial REIT completed two disposition transactions of Ottawa, ON, area office buildings. The total disposition was for 50,817 square feet at a combined sale price of $8.7M.

The capital from these sales will be re-deployed by the Skyline Commercial REIT toward other accretive acquisitions in established markets along major transportation arteries that meet the standards and growth potential of the Skyline Commercial REIT.

Post-acquisition, the Skyline Commercial REIT has 84 properties in 34 communities across ON, QC, SK, MB, and AB, with over 6 million square feet of commercial space.
