Skyline Commercial Management Inc. (SCMI) is a full-service commercial property management organization, providing a full suite of services to its clients, including operations, leasing, financial reporting, and management of capital projects.

With corporate offices based in Guelph, ON and Ottawa, ON, SCMI is currently providing services to two private real estate investment trust (REIT) portfolio clients: Skyline Commercial REIT and Skyline Retail REIT. SCMI works closely with its clients to ensure that interests are aligned across both the operations company and the investment portfolio.

Comprised of light industrial and office space, the Skyline Commercial REIT is a privately-owned Canadian real estate investment trust comprised of a rapidly-growing portfolio of quality commercial properties that boast a diverse tenant base and asset mix. The REIT seeks properties in densely populated areas along major transportation highways, where businesses want to be.

The Skyline Retail REIT is a privately-owned Canadian real estate investment trust, comprised of national anchor tenants in secondary and tertiary cities. This REIT focuses on smaller properties occupied by the types of tenants not affected by the rise in online retailing. Typically, its new acquisitions will have over ten years remaining on the lease of the major brand name tenants.

We currently offer three private REIT products: Skyline Apartment REIT, Skyline Commercial REIT, and Skyline Retail REIT. Through our Wealth Management business, we also provide our investors with additional unique alternative investment products and services.
